Headboard & Footboard: Made of ABS material by one-piece blow molding. The headboard and footboard can be disassembled freely without tools, with an integrated medical record card holder. Features: break-resistant, aging-resistant, impact-resistant, non-deformable, non-fading, high strength and good toughness.
Main Bed Structure: The bed frame adopts 30×60×1.2mm carbon steel rectangular tubes. The bed surface is welded by one-piece stamped plates; the perforated bed surface is 1.0mm thick with excellent crack resistance. Two reinforcing ribs are set in the middle of the bed board to improve load capacity. The backrest is fixed by one-piece stamped parts and rotating shafts, connected with surrounding reinforcing ribs to distribute weight evenly over the whole bed surface. All connectors between bed sections are steel parts with a single piece thickness of 2.5mm, ensuring no noise during rotation.
Electric Motor: Third-party inspected and certified motor for electric position adjustment. Stable performance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, waterproof and dustproof. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz; noise level <45dB.
Functions: The nursing bed is equipped with one-button safe non-compressive back-knee linkage and bilateral bed reset function, added with one-button sit-up function and emergency stop function for any button.
Side Rails: ABS four-section guardrails, adjustable up and down. Equipped with a pneumatic deceleration device during lowering to prevent excessive speed, providing higher safety.
Adjustment Ranges:
- Backrest lifting: 0–75°, with slow, smooth and resistance-free adjustment.
- Leg bending: 0–40°, with slow, smooth and resistance-free adjustment.
- Overall bed height adjustment: 415–710mm.
Casters: 125mm diameter high-performance medical double-wheel casters. Double-wheel design prevents hair entanglement; easy to push, wear-resistant and silent. Operated by central control braking system with a brake pedal, specially designed for medical use.
Mattress: 6cm thick, matching the bed size. Medical-grade mattress with functions of breathability, antibacterial, waterproof, mildew-proof, wear resistance, anti-slip and easy cleaning. Inner layer: 2cm high-density sponge + 4cm eco-friendly coconut palm fiber. Outer cover is made of waterproof and wear-resistant fabric, detachable for easy clinical cleaning and hygiene.
IV Stand Sockets: Two sockets for IV stands are installed on the bed body to meet patients’ infusion needs at different positions.
Surface Treatment: The bed body is processed by fully automatic spraying line with high-quality powder electrostatic spraying, bright in color and firm in adhesion.
