III. Bed Frame
1. The bed frame is welded with 30×60×1.2mm formed square tubes. Bed connectors use 3.0mm thickened steel plates. Advanced automatic welding and laser cutting ensure high precision. The bed frame and bed deck are fully welded firmly, with smooth welds. Load capacity ≥200kg. IV stand sockets are reserved.
2. Bed legs are integrally welded with rectangular tubes to enhance stability.
IV. Bed Deck
1. Bed deck is stamped in one piece from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, 1.0mm thick, with concave and multi-hole design for ventilation and anti-slip. No exposed welding spots on surface. Steel reinforcing ribs and dual-support force-dissipating structure extend service life.
2. Top section of backrest can bear ≥150kg.
V. Production Technology
1. Steel tubes and sheet metal parts are cut by laser pipe cutting machine to ensure high precision. (On-site laser operation photos available.)
2. Welded by robotic welding system with mixed gas protection; welds are smooth, attractive and free of oxide film. (On-site robotic operation photos available.)
3. Carbon steel surface treated by fully automatic electrostatic powder coating line. Before coating, surfaces are derusted by high-speed shot blasting machine and processed through 11 fully automatic procedures: degreasing, washing, pickling, washing, neutralization, surface treatment, phosphating, washing, drying, electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing. Zinc phosphating is applied to prevent inner wall rust. Coating is uniform, antibacterial, acid-alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, fade-resistant with strong adhesion, smooth surface and long service life.
VI. Control System
1. Electrically controlled backrest adjustment, leg adjustment, overall height adjustment, forward/backward tilt and weighing function.
Overall height adjustment stroke: 350mm (minimum 380mm, maximum 730mm from floor)
Backrest: 0–75°±5°; Leg adjustment: 0–30°±5°; Tilt: 0–12°
Functions operated via hand control panel with buttons for back up/down, leg flexion/extension, overall height up/down, tilt and weighing. Static load capacity ≥260kg.
VII. Headboard & Footboard
1. Made of high-grade ABS engineering plastic with anti-collision design, seamless, easy to clean, stable and non-deformable. Equipped with symmetrical quick-release hooks for fast disassembly to meet clinical emergency needs.
VIII. Guardrails
1. New standard four-piece split lift guardrails on both sides, moving synchronously with bed functions. Injection molded in one piece, auto-locking when raised, hidden under bed deck when lowered for zero-gap movement, maximizing patient safety. Upper part is ergonomically shaped for patient support when standing up.
2. Safety guardrails with assist gas springs for easy operation. Guardrails cannot be opened by outward pressure, only by inward pressure. Effective protection height ≥300mm (measured from bed deck to top of guardrail). Installation complies with international standards to prevent falls.
3. Angle displays at four corners clearly show backrest angle and bed tilt angle.
4. Control buttons on headboard-side guardrails for convenient operation by patients and nurses.
IX. Casters
1. 125mm diameter double-wheel central control casters with central braking at footboard, one-step braking for four wheels, silent, strong braking performance, flexible and reliable rotation, firmly assembled. After braking, no sliding occurs. Main frame and wheel core made of high-load PA6 material (oil-resistant, wear-resistant, chemical-resistant). Wheel surface made of wear-resistant TPR (oil-resistant, water-resistant, chemical-resistant, mold-resistant, shock-absorbing and noise-reducing). Equipped with precision bearings for smooth and quiet movement.
X. Mattress
1. Thickness: 80mm, size matching the bed.
2. Medical-grade mattress.
3. Inner layer: high-density sponge + eco-friendly coconut palm fiber, breathable and form-fitting.
4. Removable outer cover for easy clinical cleaning and hygiene.
5. Equipped with positioning accessories to prevent mattress displacement.
