Functions include left & right turning, backrest lifting, leg lifting, leg lowering, toilet access, hair washing, foot washing, infusion, dining, movement, anti-side slip, anti-downward slip, entertainment, etc. Equipped with double-row ultra-quiet castors, movable and convertible to wheelchair style. Added overall turning function. Bed frame is fully automatically welded by robot for exquisite workmanship. Adopts electrostatic spraying technology and national standard cold-rolled steel. Backrest angle: 0–75°; leg bending angle: 0–50°; leg lifting angle: 0–35°; lateral turning angle: 0–45°; bed load capacity ≥260kg. Manual operation is available in case of power failure or motor damage without affecting use.

Technical Parameters & Requirements

1.Bed frame is welded with 30601.2 formed square tubes. Plate thickness ≥1.2mm, tube thickness ≥1.5mm. Advanced welding technology ensures high welding quality, firm structure and load capacity ≥260kg. 2.Bed surface adopts 20*20mm cold-rolled square tubes with thickness ≥1mm, ventilated design for air permeability and anti-slip performance. 3.Bed body is coated with eco-friendly antibacterial powder by electrostatic spraying, featuring anti-corrosion, anti-rust and elegant appearance. 4.Equipped with CE-certified motors for electric position adjustment. Stable performance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, waterproof and dustproof. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz, noise <45dB. 5.The bed features one-key safe non-compressive back-knee linkage and bilateral bed reset function. Added one-key sitting function and emergency stop function for any button. Equipped with timed automatic turning function. Backlit controller for easy night operation and can be used on both sides of the bed. 6.Headboard and footboard are integrally blow-molded with high-grade ABS material in light blue. All locking parts are steel parts with symmetrical quick sockets for fast disassembly. Transparent bed card slot is installed on the outer side of the footboard. 7.Large ABS guardrails can be lifted up and down, with pneumatic deceleration device during lowering to prevent fast falling and improve safety. 8.The nursing bed is equipped with 4 electric actuators: one for backrest lifting, one for left & right turning, one for leg lifting/lowering, and one for toilet hole opening/closing. Each actuator is equipped with safety limit function and independent manual operation function for normal use in case of power failure or malfunction. Rubber protective plugs at the tail of each actuator to prevent bed sheets from being drawn in and causing damage. 9.Equipped with φ125 brake castors, high-stability linkage system, stable and convenient braking, waterproof and dustproof. Double-wheel design increases contact area and stability. 10.With infusion stand jacks and drainage hooks. Infusion stand is optional. 11.Integrally molded ABS dining table, firm, durable, easy to clean and disassemble. 12.Equipped with special hair-washing basin and bedpan for nursing bed. The basin has concave-convex inner part for head elevation, with water outlet and flexible drainage pipe, plus rubber plug. The bedpan matches the bed structure with a convertible handle (horizontal/vertical). 13.Mattress thickness ≥6cm, made of coir and cotton, with built-in medical waterproof cloth and outer household-style bed cover, waterproof and easy to clean.
