Product Functions
Backrest adjustment: 0–75° ±5°;
Leg adjustment: 0–35° ±5°.
1. Bed Frame: Made of thickened 40×80×1.2mm rectangular steel tubes with advanced welding technology, ensuring high welding quality, firm structure and high stability. Load capacity: ≥250kg.
2. Bed Deck: Formed by one-time stamping of cold-rolled steel plate ≥1.0mm thick. Concave bed surface with good ventilation, high comfort for patients and prevents mattress from shifting sideways. The bed board is integrally stamped with a porous design, and the back bed board adopts a dual-support structure.
3. Hand Crank System: Lifting screw is made of 45# steel with smooth and durable surface. The crank adopts universal joint structure, safe, reliable, labor-saving and noiseless. The crank handle is integrally injection-molded with ABS engineering plastic, with anti-collision design and three-speed folding function.
4. Surface Treatment: After sandblasting and rust prevention, the whole bed is treated with high-grade antibacterial powder electrostatic spraying, which is environmentally friendly and antibacterial.
5. Headboard & Footboard: Made of ABS engineering material by one-piece blow molding, stable for long-time leaning without deformation. Built-in locking switches allow locking and easy disassembly. Streamlined design, elegant appearance and no sanitary dead corners. Patient information card slot is provided on the outer side of the footboard. Both sides are equipped with built-in locking devices for quick disassembly and CPR function. The locking mechanism is made of metal components.
6. Side Rails: Full-coverage side rails with aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment. Five support columns, wear-resistant and non-deformable. The rails can be retracted and laid flat, slightly higher than the mattress when retracted to prevent mattress displacement. Equipped with dual-button safety quick-positioning switches and anti-pinch hand function.
7. Mattress: Filled with 4cm high-quality coconut palm fiber + 2cm high-density sponge, soft, comfortable and durable. Covered with high-grade waterproof canvas, available in green or blue. Zippers at both ends for easy removal and cleaning.
8. Dining Table: ABS integrally formed stretchable dining table with adjustable width. It can be hung on the guardrail when in use and on the headboard when not in use. Position is adjustable as required. Equipped with ABS hooks on the back for easy operation.
9. IV Stand: The bed is equipped with 2 IV stand sockets; IV stand is optional.
