Functions

The nursing bed is equipped with **three hand cranks**: backrest crank, leg-bending crank, and left/right turning crank. The bedpan slot adopts a **sliding design** for easy operation. The bed frame is fully automatically robot-welded with exquisite workmanship, using electrostatic spraying technology and national standard cold-rolled steel. – Backrest angle: 0–75° – Leg lifting angle: 0–35° – Turning angle: 0–45°

1. Bed frame is welded with 40*80*1.0mm formed square tubes, tube thickness ≥1.0mm. High-quality, sturdy structure with load capacity >200kg. 2. Bed surface is welded with 20*20mm low-carbon square tubes, actual thickness 0.8mm (approx. 1.0mm after plastic spraying), with good ventilation. The bed is coated with eco-friendly antibacterial powder via electrostatic spraying, providing anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance and attractive appearance. 3. Headboard and footboard are integrally blow-molded with high-grade ABS material, headboard in light blue. All locking parts are steel with symmetrical quick-release sockets for fast disassembly. A transparent name card slot is installed on the outer footboard. 4. Full-coverage side guardrails with aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment; five support posts, wear-resistant and non-deformable, retractable and slightly higher than the mattress to prevent shifting. Dual-button safety quick-locking switches with anti-pinch function. 5. Bed base equipped with 5-inch universal casters, highly wear-resistant, silent, with brake system for excellent stability. 6. Mattress: 4cm high-quality coconut coir + 2cm high-density foam, soft and durable. Covered with high-grade waterproof canvas in green or blue, with zippers at both ends for easy removal and washing. 7. The whole bed has two infusion stand sockets (infusion stand optional). Comes with one wooden dining table, sturdy, easy to clean and disassemble. 8. Equipped with special hair-washing basin and bedpan for nursing bed. The basin has an inner raised area to support the head, with a drain outlet, flexible drainage tube and rubber plug. The bedpan is designed to fit the bed structure. 9.
