Equipped with a backlit remote control for convenient use at night. Driven by third-party certified motors, supporting free switching between electric and manual operation.
Functions include: left & right turning, backrest lifting, leg lifting, leg lowering, toilet access, hair washing, foot washing, infusion, dining, movement, anti-side slip, anti-downward slip, entertainment, etc.
Double-row ultra-quiet castors allow free movement and conversion into a wheelchair style. Integrated full-body turning function is added.
The bed frame is fully automatically welded by robot with exquisite workmanship, made of national standard cold-rolled steel and treated with electrostatic spraying.

Load capacity: ≥260kg. Manual cranking operation is available in case of power failure or motor damage without interruption.
Technical Parameters & Requirements
1. Bed frame is welded with 30×60×1.2mm formed square tubes. Plate thickness ≥1.2mm, tube thickness ≥1.5mm. Advanced welding technology ensures high-quality welding and firm structure with load capacity ≥260kg.
2. Bed surface is made of 20×20mm cold-rolled steel square tubes with thickness ≥1mm, designed with ventilation structure for good air permeability and anti-slip performance.
3. The bed body is treated with eco-friendly antibacterial powder electrostatic spraying, featuring anti-corrosion, anti-rust and elegant appearance.
4. Third-party inspected and certified motors are adopted for electric position adjustment. Stable performance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, waterproof and dustproof. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz, noise <45dB.
5. The nursing bed is equipped with one-key safe non-compressive back-knee linkage and bilateral bed reset function, plus one-key sitting-up function and emergency stop function for any button. It supports timed automatic turning. The backlit controller is easy to operate at night and can be used on both sides of the bed.
6. Headboard and footboard adopt a composite structure of ABS, stainless steel and fireproof board, fixed by buckled plates. Anti-collision guide wheels are installed on both sides, with double-hook locking switches for firmness, reliability and anti-misoperation.
7. Large ABS guardrails can be lifted up and down, equipped with pneumatic deceleration device during lowering to prevent fast falling and improve safety.
8. The nursing bed is equipped with 4 electric actuators: one for backrest lifting, one for left & right turning, one for leg lifting/lowering, and one for toilet hole opening/closing.
Each actuator is equipped with a safety limit device and independent manual operation function to ensure normal use in case of power failure or malfunction. Rubber protective plugs are provided at the end of each actuator to prevent bed sheets from being drawn in and causing damage.
9. Equipped with φ125 brake castors and high-stability linkage system, stable and convenient braking, waterproof and dustproof. Double-wheel design increases ground contact area and stability.
10. With infusion stand jacks and drainage hooks. Infusion stand is optional.
11. Integrally molded ABS dining table, sturdy, durable, easy to clean and disassemble.
12. Equipped with special hair-washing basin and bedpan for nursing bed. The basin has a concave-convex inner structure for head elevation, with a water outlet, flexible drainage pipe and rubber plug. The bedpan fits the bed structure with a convertible handle (horizontal/vertical).
13. Mattress thickness ≥6cm, composed of coir and cotton, with built-in medical waterproof cloth and outer household-style bed cover, waterproof and easy to clean.
