1. Backrest Adjustment: 0-75°±5°
2. Bed Frame
The bed frame is welded with thickened 40×80×1.0mm rectangular steel pipes. With advanced welding technology, it features excellent welding quality, a solid structure and high stability, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥250kg.
3. Bed Surface
Made of cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of ≥1.0mm, formed in one stamping process. The concave bed surface design ensures good air permeability, offers strong comfort for patients when lying down, and prevents the mattress from moving left and right.
4. Hand Crank Mechanism
– The lead screw is made of 45# steel, with a smooth surface and high durability.
– The rocker adopts a universal coupling structure, which is safe, reliable, easy to operate and noiseless.
– The crank handle is integrally injection-molded with ABS engineering plastic, featuring an anti-collision design and a three-speed folding function for convenient storage and use.
5. Surface Treatment
After sandblasting and rust removal, the entire bed is sprayed with high-quality advanced antibacterial powder. It has the functions of environmental protection and antibacterial, and is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof and elegant in appearance.
6. Headboard & Footboard
Made of ABS engineering materials through one-step blow molding. It ensures long-term leaning by patients without deformation. The hidden locking switch allows easy locking and disassembly. The streamlined design is elegant and generous, with no dead corners for hygiene. A patient information card slot is installed on the outer side of the footboard for easy recording and management.
7. Side Guardrails
Full-coverage guardrails with aluminum alloy handrails, whose surface is hardened. There are 5 guardrail pillars, which are wear-resistant and non-deformable. They can be retracted and laid flat, and are slightly higher than the mattress when retracted to prevent the mattress from shifting. Equipped with double-button safety quick positioning switch, it has anti-pinch function to ensure safe use.
8. Mattress
The mattress is composed of 4cm high-quality coconut palm + 2cm high-density sponge, which is soft, comfortable, firm and durable. The outer cover is made of high-grade waterproof canvas, with zippers on the front and back for easy disassembly and cleaning. The color of the mattress cover is green or blue (optional), which is in line with medical use standards.
9. Other Configurations
– The bed is equipped with 2 infusion stand holes, and 1 infusion stand is provided as standard.
– Silent casters are adopted, with a high-stability linkage system. They are waterproof, dustproof and stable in braking. The double-wheel design increases the contact area with the ground and enhances overall stability.
