2. Product Material:
(1) Bed frame made of high-quality carbon steel rectangular tube: 40×80×1.0mm.

3. Hand crank system: The lifting screw is made of 45# steel with smooth and durable surface. The crank adopts a universal joint structure, safe, reliable, labor-saving and noiseless. Equipped with dust-proof device to avoid dust accumulation. The crank handle is foldable for easy storage.
4. Headboard & Footboard: Made of high-quality steel tubes by bending process, elegant, firm and durable.
5. Side Rails: Full-coverage guardrails with aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment. Five support columns, wear-resistant and non-deformable. The guardrail can be retracted and laid flat, slightly higher than the mattress to prevent mattress displacement. Equipped with dual-button safety quick-positioning switch and anti-pinch function.
6. Mattress: Filled with 4cm high-quality coconut palm fiber + 2cm high-density sponge, soft, comfortable and durable. Covered with high-grade waterproof canvas, available in green or blue. Zippers at both ends for easy removal and cleaning.
7. Load Capacity: Static load: 250kg; Dynamic load: 150kg. The whole bed bottom adopts supporting structure to reduce pressure on the crank, ensuring labor-saving operation.
8. Accessories: Headboard with IV stand socket. Drainage hooks can be optionally installed on both sides of the bed frame.
9. Coating Process: Surface treated by three times of shot blasting for rust removal, then electrostatic sprayed and baked at 260°C high temperature.
