Product Functions
Supports manual left/right turning, backrest lifting, leg lifting, leg lowering, hair washing, foot washing, infusion, dining, movement and entertainment. Equipped with silent casters for mobility and can be adjusted to a wheelchair style. The bed frame is fully automatically welded by robots for exquisite workmanship, using electrostatic spraying technology and national standard cold-rolled steel.

Technical Parameter Requirements
1. Bed frame is welded with 60*30*1.2mm formed square tubes. Plate thickness ≥1.2mm, tube thickness ≥1.2mm. Adopts advanced welding technology with high-quality welds, sturdy structure, load capacity ≥260kg.
2. Bed surface: made of 20*2*0.8mm cold-rolled steel square tubes, with ventilation design for breathability and anti-slip performance.
3. Bed body is coated with eco-friendly antibacterial powder via electrostatic spraying, providing anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance and attractive appearance.
4. Headboard and footboard are integrally blow-molded with high-grade ABS material. Headboard is light blue. All locking parts are steel components with symmetrical quick-release sockets for fast disassembly. A transparent headboard card is installed on the outer side of the footboard.
5. Full-coverage side guardrails with aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment; five guardrail supports, wear-resistant and non-deformable, retractable and foldable, slightly higher than the mattress when retracted to prevent mattress displacement. Dual-button safety quick-positioning switches with anti-pinch function.
6. Equipped with φ125 single-row brake casters, high-stability linkage system, stable and convenient braking, waterproof and dustproof. Silent caster design increases ground contact area and improves stability.
7. Manual lifting screws are made of 45# steel with smooth and durable surface. Rocker adopts universal coupling structure, safe, reliable and noise-free in operation; equipped with dust-proof device to avoid dust accumulation. Foldable rocker design enables easy adjustment of back and leg positions. Rocker is made of reinforced stainless steel tube with high supporting force. Two-stage idle shaking protection is provided to protect and extend the service life of the rocker.

11. Dining table is made of wood, sturdy and durable, easy to clean and disassemble.
12. Equipped with special hair wash basin and bedpan for nursing bed. The hair wash basin has an inner concave-convex area to elevate the user’s head, with a drain outlet and flexible drainage connector, and a rubber plug for the drain outlet. The bedpan fits the bed structure and is equipped with a handle that can be rotated horizontally or vertically.
13. Mattress: 4cm high-quality coconut coir + 2cm high-density sponge, soft, comfortable and durable. Covered with high-grade waterproof canvas in green or blue, with zippers at front and rear for easy removal and washing.
