2. Headboard and Footboard: Made of ABS material by one-piece blow molding. The headboard and footboard can be disassembled freely without tools, with an integrated medical record card slot. They feature break resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, no deformation, no fading, high strength and good toughness.
3. Main Bed Structure: The bed frame is made of 30×60×1.2mm carbon steel rectangular tubes. The bed surface is welded with one-piece stamped plates; the perforated bed surface is 1.0mm thick with excellent crack resistance. Two reinforcing ribs are arranged in the middle of the bed board to enhance load-bearing capacity. The backrest is fixed with a one-piece stamping part and a rotating shaft, connected with surrounding reinforcing ribs to evenly distribute weight over the entire bed surface. All connecting parts between bed sections are steel components with a single piece thickness of 2.5mm, ensuring no noise during rotation.
4. Electric Motor: Adopts a third-party inspected and certified motor for electric position adjustment. The motor features stable performance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, water resistance and dustproof performance. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz; noise level <45dB.
5. Functions: The nursing bed is equipped with one-button safe non-compressive back-knee linkage and bilateral bed reset function, additional one-button sit-up function, and emergency stop function for any button.
6. Side Rails: ABS four-section small guardrails, adjustable up and down. Pneumatic deceleration device is installed during lowering to prevent excessive speed, ensuring higher safety.
