2. Product Materials:

3. Hand Crank System: The lifting screw is made of 45# steel with a smooth and durable surface. The crank adopts a universal joint structure, which is safe, reliable, labor-saving and noiseless. It is equipped with a dustproof device to prevent dust accumulation. The crank handle is foldable for easy storage.
4. Headboard & Footboard: Made of bent high-quality steel tubes, elegant, firm and durable.
5. Side Guardrails: Full-coverage guardrails with aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment. Five support posts, wear-resistant and non-deformable. The guardrails can be retracted and laid flat, slightly higher than the mattress when retracted to prevent mattress displacement. Equipped with dual-button safety quick-locking switches and anti-pinch function.
6. Mattress: Filled with 4cm high-quality coconut palm fiber + 2cm high-density sponge, soft, comfortable and durable. Covered with high-grade waterproof canvas, available in green or blue. Zippers at both ends allow easy removal and cleaning.
7. Load Capacity: Static load capacity: 250kg; dynamic load capacity: 150kg. The entire bed bottom is supported by a structural frame, reducing pressure on the crank and ensuring effortless operation.
8. Accessories: The headboard is equipped with IV stand sockets. Drainage hooks can be optionally installed on both sides of the bed frame.
9. Coating Process: The surface is treated with three rounds of shot blasting for rust removal, then electrostatic powder coated and cured at 260°C high temperature.
