1. Specifications & Dimensions: Overall bed dimensions: 2200×1050×480-670mm (±10mm). Safe load-bearing capacity of the bed surface: ≥260kg.
2. Headboard & Footboard: Made of ABS material via one-piece blow molding. The headboard and footboard can be freely disassembled without tools, with an integrated medical record card holder. Features include anti-breakage, anti-aging, impact resistance, no deformation, no fading, high strength, and good toughness. Anti-collision devices are installed at the four corners.
3. Main Bed Frame Components: The bed frame is made of 30×60×1.2mm carbon steel rectangular tubes. The bed surface is welded from one-piece stamped plates with excellent crack resistance; 2 reinforcing ribs are added in the middle of the bed plate to enhance load-bearing capacity. The bed backrest is fixed with a one-piece stamping part and a rotating shaft, connected by surrounding reinforcing ribs to evenly distribute weight across the entire bed surface. All connectors between bed sections are made of steel with a single piece thickness of 2.5mm, ensuring no noise during rotation.
4. Motor: Equipped with a third-party inspected and certified electric motor for controlling body position changes. The motor features stable performance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, water and dust resistance. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz; noise level <45dB.
5. Nursing Bed Functions: One-touch safe non-compressive back-knee linkage, bilateral bed reset function, additional one-touch sit-up function, and emergency stop function for any button.
6. Side Rails: Brand-new four small PP guardrails made of eco-friendly ABS plastic, which are sturdier and more durable.

10. Surface Treatment: The bed body surface is processed via a fully automatic spraying line with high-quality powder electrostatic spraying, featuring bright color and strong adhesion.
