3. Bed Board Connectors: Connected by 3mm thick all-steel components with movable brackets. The back bed board adopts a double “V”-shaped dual-support force-relief structure, which distributes force evenly. It greatly improves safety, minimizes stress on the crank, effectively extends the service life of the crank and the bed, and simplifies later maintenance.
4. Anti-Corrosion Treatment: The bed surface is treated by shot blasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder spraying, which is impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, with good air permeability and durability.
5. Guardrails: Equipped with foldable stainless steel extended guardrails on both sides. The upper end of the guardrail reaches 115cm, reinforced with metal connectors for higher safety and durability. Designed with locks and anti-pinch devices. The guardrails can rotate 180° when folded down, convenient, safe and firm for patient transfer, reducing secondary injury. Withstands up and down loads of 100kg tension or pressure.
6. Silent Casters: Equipped with 5-inch luxury silent casters with independent braking control. Universal casters with wear-resistant wheel surface and built-in self-lubricating bearings, anti-tangle, silent and wear-resistant. Made of material suitable for PVC floors to ensure no damage to the floor surface.
7. Mattress: Made of high-toughness eco-friendly kayak-grade material compliant with ROSH / EN71 standards. Filled with high-density EVA inside; soft and comfortable, resistant to high and low temperatures, not easy to deform or age. Removable for cleaning and disinfection.
8. Motors: Equipped with two sets of motors. Each motor is thrust-oriented with even stress and stable power. One motor for overall tilt function and one for overall height adjustment to extend service life.
