Product Functions
Equipped with backlit remote control for convenient night use. Electric functions include left & right turning, backrest lifting, leg lowering, electric toilet access, electric leg bending, hair washing, foot washing, infusion, dining, movement, overall height adjustment, anti-side slip, anti-downward slip, entertainment, etc.
Double-row ultra-quiet castors allow free movement and wheelchair-style conversion. Integrated full-body turning function is added.
Bed frame is fully robot-welded with exquisite workmanship, using national standard cold-rolled steel and electrostatic spraying surface treatment.
Backrest angle: 0–75°; Leg bending angle: 0–50°; Leg lifting angle: 0–35°; Lateral turning angle: 0–45°;
Height adjustment range: 460–740mm; Load capacity: ≥260kg.
Manual cranking is available for normal operation in case of power failure or motor damage.

1. Bed frame is welded with 30×60×1.2mm formed square tubes. Plate thickness ≥1.2mm, tube thickness ≥1.5mm. Advanced welding ensures high quality and firm structure with load capacity ≥260kg.
2. Bed surface made of 20×20mm cold-rolled steel square tubes (thickness ≥1mm), ventilated and anti-slip.
3. Bed body finished with eco-friendly antibacterial electrostatic powder coating, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, elegant appearance.
4. CE-certified motors for electric positioning, stable, reliable, low noise, waterproof and dustproof. Power supply: 220V, 50Hz, noise <45dB.
5. One-key safe non-compressive back-knee linkage, bilateral bed reset, one-key sitting up, emergency stop on any key, timed automatic turning. Backlit controller usable on both sides.
6. Headboard and footboard: high-grade ABS one-step blow molding, light blue color. Steel locking parts, symmetrical quick-release sockets. Transparent bed card on footboard.
7. Aluminum alloy folding guardrails: D-type thickened upper rail with hardened surface, profile thickness 1.2mm. Hidden self-locking pistol-grip mechanism, 4 stainless steel posts, foldable flat.
8. 5 electric actuators: backrest, left & right turning, leg lift/lower, overall height adjustment, toilet hole switch. Each with safety limit and independent manual operation. Rubber plugs at rear to prevent sheet entanglement.
9. φ125 brake castors with high-stability linkage, stable braking, waterproof, dustproof, double-wheel design for better stability.
10. 2 infusion stand sockets, 1 infusion stand as standard.
11. Integrally molded ABS dining table, sturdy, easy to clean and disassemble.
12. Special hair-washing basin (with concave-convex head support, drain, hose and rubber plug) and bedpan (with convertible horizontal/vertical handle) included.
13. Mattress ≥6cm, coir and cotton, built-in medical waterproof cloth, outer household bed cover, waterproof and washable.
