2. Headboard & Footboard: One-piece blow-molded with ABS material, tool-free removable. With integrated medical record card holder, break-resistant, anti-aging, impact-resistant, deformation-resistant, colorfast, high strength and good toughness.
3. Main Structure: Bed frame made of 30×60×1.0mm carbon steel rectangular tube. Bed surface is one-step stamped and welded with good crack resistance, equipped with two reinforcing ribs in the middle for higher load capacity. Backrest fixed by one-piece stamping parts and rotating shafts with surrounding reinforcing ribs for even weight distribution. All connectors are steel parts with 2.5mm thickness, no noise during movement.
4. Crank Handle: One-piece injection-molded with high-quality ABS material, high strength, durable, noiseless, hidden design, for flexible adjustment of back and leg positions.
5. Lifting Mechanism: High-quality wear-resistant steel with precision CNC machining, self-limiting trapezoidal screw, linear thrust, high support. Built-in die steel nut, silent, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, long service life. With bi-directional limit protection device and ABS dust cover for longer service life and higher safety.
6. Side Guardrails: Full-coverage aluminum alloy handrails with hardened surface. Six support columns, wear-resistant, non-deformable, foldable flat. Slightly higher than mattress when folded to prevent shifting. Double-button safety quick-locking switch with anti-pinch function.
