1. Headboard & Footboard: Made of high-grade ABS engineering plastic via one-piece blow molding. Locking parts are all steel components with symmetrical quick-release sockets for fast disassembly. The middle buckle plate of the headboard is sky blue, adopting a snap-on anti-falling structure. The footboard is equipped with a transparent medical record card holder.
2. Bed Deck: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by integral stamping, with reinforcing ribs around the bottom to enhance load-bearing capacity. All bed deck sections are connected by full steel components, featuring higher strength, wear resistance, noiseless operation and breakage resistance. The bed deck can be lifted and lowered as a whole, supported by rectangular tubes and round tubes with pneumatic support rods as the power source, combined with hand-cranked screw drive for easy and convenient operation.
3. Bed Frame: Welded with 40*80*1.2mm high-quality carbon steel rectangular tubes. Bed legs are welded with 50*50*1.0mm carbon steel tubes. Casters are Φ125 double-sided anti-winding white silent casters with brakes, featuring flexible rotation, no jamming and reliable braking.
4. Side Rails: Aluminum alloy folding guardrails, made of special aluminum profile with thickness 1.2mm. The self-locking mechanism adopts a hidden pistol-grip design, with D-shaped aluminum alloy handrails and surface hardening treatment. Equipped with six aluminum alloy support columns, which are wear-resistant and not easily deformed, and can be retracted and laid flat. Single-contact handle operation ensures flexible and safe lifting.
5. Hand Crank System: The lifting screw is made of 45# steel, extruded by a special thread rolling machine with smooth threads for easy operation. The screw is equipped with a two-way overwinding protection device. The screw spring box is made of steel to prevent rupture. A universal joint is adopted between the crank and the screw. The crank handle is foldable, stainless steel color, durable and long-lasting.
6. Backrest Structure: The bed backrest adopts a dual-support rotating shaft structure to evenly distribute the patient’s weight on the bed beams. Pulleys are installed at the contact points between the rotating shaft and the bed board to reduce friction and ensure no noise. Backrest adjustment range: 0°-75°±5°. The leg section adopts a split-leg design, allowing left and right legs to be adjusted separately, with an adjustment range of 0°-40°±5°.
7. Traction Frame: Both ends of the headboard and footboard are equipped with stainless steel traction gantries. The main support column of the gantry is Φ38mm stainless steel round tube with 1.2mm thickness; other auxiliary columns are Φ22mm stainless steel round tube with 1.2mm thickness. The top of the bed frame is equipped with 6 pulleys, 2 traction hooks and 2 engineering plastic hand rings.
8. Split-Leg Mattress: Matching split-leg mattress for the hospital bed. The surface is made of waterproof and breathable fabric. The inner lining consists of a 4cm coconut fiber pad at the bottom and a 4cm high-density sponge layer on top, which is wear-resistant, durable and easy to clean.
9. Traction Counterweight: 1 set of traction counterweight.
10. Hooks & IV Sockets: Two drainage urine bag hooks on each side under the bed. IV stand sockets at four corners to meet the infusion needs of patients in various positions.
11. Storage Rack: A storage rack is installed under the bed for convenient storage of items.
