Bed Panel Adjustment Range：

Main Bed Structure:
Bed frame adopts 20×50×2.0mm carbon steel rectangular tube.
Bed surface is welded with one-step stamping formed slats, featuring excellent crack resistance.
There are 2 reinforcing ribs in the middle of the bed board to enhance load capacity.
The backrest is fixed with one-step stamping parts and rotating shafts, connected with surrounding reinforcing ribs to distribute weight evenly over the entire bed surface.
All connecting parts of the bed surface are steel parts with single piece thickness of 3.0mm, no noise during rotation.

Head & Foot Boards:
Made of solid wood frames and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) panels.
Lifting motors are built into the wooden headboard for an elegant appearance.
Side Rails:
Fully enclosed integrated side rails, length matching the inner clear length of the bed.
Wooden rails are made of wood with PVC melamine coating, cross-section: 108mm×28mm±2mm.
Gaps are reserved between rails when lowered to prevent hand pinching.
The rails adopt a “lift and press” two-step operation to avoid sudden falling and injury.
Static load capacity: 250kg, dynamic load capacity: 150kg.
Castors: 4-inch (100±5mm) high-performance castors, easy to push, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and silent.
Handheld Controller: Large icon buttons for easy operation, controls all bed positions, can be hung on the side rails for flexible use.
Mattress: Thickness 10cm, filled with high-density sponge, soft, breathable and odorless.
Surface Treatment: Bed surface is treated by shot blasting, degreasing and rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating, which is non-shedding and rust-proof.
